Terms and Conditions

1. Services

The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to arrange and schedule different home-based services with independent third-party service providers of those services (“Service Professionals”).

Azoh Service does not provide the Pro Services and is not responsible for their provision. Service Professionals are solely liable for the Pro Services.

2. Account Creation

To avail the Services, you will be required to create an account on the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account.

3. User Content

You agree to grant Azoh Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use User Content as necessary for the provision of services and for marketing purposes.

4. Consent to Use Data

You agree that Azoh Service may collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Bookings

The Platform allows you to book Pro Services at your preferred time. You will receive a confirmation once the booking is confirmed. You must make the payment as per the Charges and Fees specified during booking.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Payment Terms

Azoh Service reserves the right to charge you for the different Services you avail, and there may be additional Charges or Fees based on the Pro Services.

7. Customer Conduct

Azoh Service prohibits any form of discrimination or misconduct toward Service Professionals. You must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for the Service Professional.

8. Third Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party services. Azoh Service is not responsible for the content or availability of these third-party services.

9. Your Responsibilities

You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities under your Account.

10. Intellectual Property

Azoh Service retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform and Services. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

11. Term and Termination

Azoh Service may terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate these Terms by notifying Azoh Service.

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Services are provided "as is". Azoh Service makes no warranty regarding the availability or performance of the Services.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Azoh Service for any claims arising from your use of the Services or Pro Services.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to the changes made.
